Clint Archer

Clint Archer has served as preaching pastor of HBC since 2005. Born and raised in Pretoria, he spent six years in California studying at The Master’s Seminary in Los Angeles, obtaining the Master of Divinity and Master of Theology degrees. He also holds a Doctor of Ministry degree in Expository Preaching. Clint heads up the teaching, preaching, counselling, and youth portfolios. He is the author of “The Preacher’s Payday,” and a contributor for the Reformed pastoral team blog, TheCripplegate.com. He and his wife Kim have 4 extraordinarily cute kids. 


Keith Brown

Keith has been a member of HBC for 33 years. He has served  with five full time pastors as a deacon for  20 years and as an elder for 12 years. He founded Simon Peter Pre School in 1986 and pioneered home groups in 1999 by training leaders and preparing materials. Keith leads the Home Group, Leaders Retreat, Ladies Ministry and Simon Peter ministry portfolios. Keith and Barbara have five lovely boys and two very special granddaughters! Keith ( BA(Hons) BEd, HDE, MBA)  and Barbara (BComm) are together in their own strategy and leadership development consultancy.


Neil Swan

Neil Swan was born and bred in Kimberley. After matriculating at Kimberley High School, he obtained a B.Com at Natal University majoring in Economics and Industrial Organisation & Management. He has been married to his wife Stephanie since 1976. They have 3 married children and 9 grandchildren. He owns an Office Equipment Rental Company. He has served as a Deacon in 3 previous churches and as an Elder in one previous church. After relocating to Gillitts in 2003 he joined Hillcrest Baptist and elected as an Elder in 2005. He was tasked to oversee the Building extension project. His current portfolios are Treasury, Facilities, Administration and Church camp. Neil considers it a privilege to serve our Lord and Saviour in this part of His vineyard.


Stan Webster

Stan Webster has been a member at HBC for 14 years and has been an elder for 9 of those years. Stan is married to his dear wife, Tilly, and they recently celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary. He is the father of 3 adult children and grandfather to 9. Stan studied at the Bible Institute of South Africa and the Baptist Theological College in Cape Town.

His ministry includes oversight of HBC Missions, Church Plants, Membership Assimilation, and leading his own Home Cell Group.

Mark Williamson

Mark has been a member of HBC for 33 years. He has been married for 16 years and has 7 children. Mark is passionate about the Lord and has a heart for adopting children. Secularly, he is occupied as the Deputy Sheriff in the Durban South area and has oversight of the Sunday-School Ministry and faithfully leads his Home Group.
